Answers to questions you may have regarding our product and other information regarding iPads and iPhones.
First, check the expiration date on your coupon. If it has expired, then this should solve the mystery.
If you are trying a valid coupon code and you experience difficulty with the system recognizing it, try typing your discount code EXACTLY as it appears in your special offer. Codes are case specific and require you to match the case in the offer.
This helps prevent phishing on our site. If this post does not solve your problem, contact us from the contact page and we will make things right. Contact us about special offers, as we will be running special promotions for different accessories.
At this time, Black is the standard choice, and Blue will be available soon. Remember, we are a small company and we would have to stock separate quantities of each color, which raises our overhead costs, and therefore product costs will rise. So for now, we keep it simple.
We will be setting up a survey page and you will get to vote on what colors you would like offered.
We know of many families and organizations that have not only several iPads, but also several models as well. As the Corsair 2.0 works with all versions of the iPad product line, this is the perfect accessory for multi-unit customers.
We do offer multi-unit discounts for our customers whether they are commercial, government, schools or private citizens. Email us with your order size and we will do our best to provide a product and pricing schedule that meets your needs and budget.
Yes, the Corsair 2.0 normally ships with a sturdy 12" gooseneck arm. We do offer a longer 18" gooseneck unit for an additional charge. At this time, the larger unit is a special order. Please indicate your preference in the comment section of your order or email ahead of time to arrange exchanging units with your order.
The charge for an upgrade will be determined at that time. When we secure enough interest in a longer unit, we will offer a separate model featuring the 18" version.
The Wheelchair Attachment is a stand-alone product, but still a part of the Corsair Modular Accessory System. This means that it was designed for wheelchairs and has a special adapter in place of a C-Clamp that the standard Corsair model has.
The adapter attaches to the wheelchair railing and provides a hands free iPad experience for our wheelchair customers as well as people in hospital beds. There are photos on the homepage showing the versatility of the wheelchair attachment.
Of course! There is a five year warranty on the Corsair 2.0 as well as a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on the product. We guarantee your new Corsair will arrive and perform as advertised, without defects if material or workmanship. The warranty ensures that we will repair or replace your Corsair 2.0 should it fail to perform under normal use, in a manner in which it was designed.
This of course means that you should not use your Corsair hands free iPad stand as a self defense weapon or Frisbee practice with your pet.
Companion-ware Apps and products are simply commercial Apps offered in Apple's App Store that are a great fit for our customers who use the iWARE Corsair 2.0 Hands Free iPad Stand.
These Apps don't do anything special other than what they were designed for. However, because of the hands free feature of the Corsair, it provides a more pleasant experience for the user. We simply highlight these products and bring them to our users attention.
The wall cleat can be used to mount your Corsair accessory to surfaces that you can not directly engage the C-Clamp end of your gooseneck arm.
